Brian Louis was born and raised in Miami, FL. He moved to the Palm Beach area for college, where he received a teaching degree from Florida Atlantic University.

After 6 years working in the education field, Brian chose to chart a new path, one that brought him to the west coast of Florida. This move proved to be a complete success after connecting with the owners of Florida Best Quote Insurance and agreeing on a new career together.

In 2021, Brian became the Vice-President of Florida and Georgia Best Quote Insurance and is now leading the charge with TopQuote Insurance, the newest and most-specialized agency in the family of "BEST" agencies.
